Located within a residential complex built in the ’50s, the project by Architect Sara Di Benedetto, carried out with DRM Ristruzioni, consists of the renovation of a Turin apartment characterised by the typical entrance corridor through which the entrances to the various rooms branch off.
We therefore opted for Luserna stone-effect ceramic surfaces, a material very present in the Piedmont area. Luserna is a Piedmontese alpine rock that owes its stratified appearance to metamorphic transformations that occurred millions of years ago. It is considered a noble material and is present in many prestigious palaces, from the royal ones to the Mole Antonelliana.
For the floors and coverings, the LAVAREDO porcelain stoneware collection by Ceramica Del Conca in 60x60 format was selected, which in its lightest shade allowed to maximize the light reflections and give a fresh and elegant appearance. The white color has a particular grace and can be the perfect basis for any design solution that wants to exploit the potential of light, both natural and artificial.
Designed as a collection that can be used for 360° Lavaredo, in porcelain stoneware, it is also perfect for outdoor environments for which a series of 20 mm thick slabs (R11C) has been created, developed in 3 different formats: 120x120, 60x90, 60x60. And so the charm of stone can also find application in outdoor spaces ensuring ease of maintenance and installation without sacrificing aesthetics.
